Justine Tinoco is a Certified Fitness Nutritionist & holds a degree in Health & Wellness with a Personal Training emphasis. She has always had a passion for the health and nutrition. In 2016, Justine started her own meal prep company, MindFuel Fitness & Nutrition and provides healthy, fresh and convenient meals in her local community. She loves to help educate others on proper nutrition and implementing effective lifestyle changes for her clients and is passionate about helping others live longer, fuller and healthier lives. She is a loving wife and mother to 7 children, and in her free time enjoys being outdoors in nature, reading, or spending time with family.
