Hi! I'm Kristy. I am a certified personal trainer I have a bachelor's in Heath Education from the University of Utah. I played competitive sports growing up and always thought exercise is the best medicine. I started working out with shayne 5 years ago and fell in love with Boot Camp.I have been a trainer for almost 2 years and it has been amazing! I love to watch the positive changes clients make in 6 weeks. Helping people reach their fitness goals and discover how strong they truly are physically and mentally makes me happy.
